1. PAYMENT
- Payment is due upon receipt, unless otherwise specified.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH, Check, or Cash.
- Late payments may be subject to a late payment fee of 1% per month.
- All payments must be made in USD.
- Please include the invoice number on all payments.
- No refunds.

2. DISPUTES
- Any disputes regarding this invoice must be submitted in writing to support@2bucketauto.com within 5 days of the invoice date.
- Failure to notify us of any disputes within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the invoice.

- All applicable taxes for services, including sales tax, are excluded in the total amount due.
- All applicable taxes for products, including sales tax, are included in the total amount due.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONSENT FOR USE OF CUSTOMER VEHICLE PHOTOGRAPHS

2-Bucket Auto Detail is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We understand that photographs of your vehicle may contain personally identifiable information and we take this responsibility seriously.

Purpose of Photograph Use:
We may request your permission to use photographs of your vehicle for the following purposes:

Marketing and Promotional Materials: Including but not limited to, our website, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), brochures, and other advertising materials.
Showcasing Our Work: To demonstrate the quality of our services and workmanship.
Customer Testimonials and Reviews: To share positive experiences with potential customers.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

We will not disclose any personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, license plate number (unless blurred/obscured), or other identifying details) alongside the photographs without your explicit consent.
We will take reasonable steps to protect the photographs from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
We will only use the photographs for the purposes stated above.

If a license plate is visible, we will make every effort to blur or obscure the plate prior to online posting.
We will not share any photos that reveal the interior of the vehicle that may reveal personal belongings, or other private information.

Consent:
By granting us permission to use photographs of your vehicle, you agree to the following:

You grant 2-Bucket Auto Detail a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the photographs for the purposes stated above.
You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the authority to grant us permission to use the photographs.
You understand that the photographs may be viewed by the public on our website and social media platforms.
You understand that you may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us in writing at support@2bucketauto.com. Upon receiving your revocation, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the photographs from our platforms.

Right to Revoke Consent:
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. To revoke your consent, please contact us in writing at support@2bucketauto.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove the photographs from our platforms as soon as possible.

6. GOVERNING LAW
- This invoice and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- This invoice, along with any attached documents, constitutes the entire agreement between 2-Bucket Auto Detail and the customer regarding the services/products provided.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
- 2-Bucket Auto Detail reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
